Cancellation & Refund Policy
SCALO CREATIVE LTD provides customised creative and digital services. Because each project is created specifically for the client, refunds are assessed according to the project stage and work completed.
01Before Work Begins
A client may request cancellation before work begins. Any refund will be subject to payment processing fees and any non-refundable costs already incurred.
02After Work Has Started
Once research, planning, design, or development has started, deposits and payments covering completed work are generally non-refundable.
03Completed or Approved Work
Refunds are not normally available for completed, delivered, or client-approved work, except where required by law.

Clients should report any concern promptly. We will first attempt to resolve valid issues through corrections, revisions, or another reasonable solution within the agreed project scope.
06Approved Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will normally be returned through the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.
