SCALO CREATIVE LTD primarily provides creative and digital services. We do not normally sell or ship physical products. All final deliverables are transferred using electronic and digital means.

Estimated delivery dates depend on the agreed project scope, complexity, client feedback, approvals and timely payment.

Any delay in receiving required content, feedback, approval or payment may affect the overall delivery schedule.

The final file formats will be confirmed in the project agreement, quotation or proposal. Depending on the service, deliverables may include:

Clients are responsible for downloading and securely storing delivered files. Where files are shared through a temporary download link, the client should download them within the stated availability period.

06Revisions and Final Delivery

Final files will be delivered after the agreed revisions are completed and all outstanding payments have been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

07Third-Party Platforms

When files are delivered through third-party platforms or cloud services, access may also be subject to the provider’s availability, storage limits and terms. SCALO CREATIVE LTD is not responsible for delays or technical issues caused by third-party platforms, internet outages or incorrect contact information supplied by the client.
